2/27/2018		Qualified certificates for PSD2 První certifikační autorita, a.s. (I.CA) started on 27 February 2018 as one of Europe's first qualified service providers to issue qualified certificates for PSD2 *.
In connection with the introduction of the European Directive PSD2, the new Payment System Act No. 370/2017 Coll., Which became effective on January 13, 2018 and the subsequent technical standard RTS, started I.CA for the purpose of accessing new payment service providers PPS to financial institutions and their payment systems issuing certificates with attributes according to RTS of the following types: Qualified certificate for electronic seal according eIDAS Qualified certificate for web site authentication according eIDAS The procedures and documents needed to verify the applicants for these certificates can be found here . For the purpose of verifying the validity of PPS certificates accessing financial institutions, I.CA offers a service for their validation - I.CA WhiteList.
