4/13/2017		CHANGE OF COMMUNICATION WITH OTE, A.S. OTE, a.s. will be from 1.7. 2017 changed the conditions for communication using certificates. Changes in individual systems OTE, S.A .:
CS OTE Portal From 1 October 2017 is obligation for communication through the portal CS OTE to use qualified certificates. From 1 July 2017 will be possible to register for access to the CS OTE Portal only qualified certificates. To 30 September 2017, users will be able to CS OTE Portal the original commercial certificates. Existing OTE clients which use commercial certificates I.CA, must ensure issuance of a qualified certificate to any of our branches. The electronic certificate request must contain the identification number of the organization (IČ), so choose a request for an employee certificate or a certificate for the legal entity (or self-employed). OTE-COM Application From 1 October 2017 for a market participant must log in by commercial certificate as the current state. For Electronic signature of data can be used only qualified certificate as in the case of CS OTE portal. Existing OTE clients which use commercial certificates I.CA, must ensure issuance of an TWINS (pair qualified and commercial certificate) to any of our branches. The electronic certificate request must contain the identification number of the organization (IČ), so choose a request for an employee certificate or a certificate for the legal entity (or self-employed). Automatic communication From 1 July 2017 until further notice will be possible to register only system certificates until qualified certificates for electronic seals to replace this system certificates. Existing OTE clients which use commercial certificates I.CA, must ensure issuance of an system certificate to any of our branches. The electronic certificate request must contain the identification number of the organization (IČ), so choose a request for an employee certificate or a certificate for the legal entity (or self-employed). Encrypted messages to CS OTE From 1 October 2017 market participant have to use a commercial certificate for the purposes of receiving encrypted messages from CS OTE through secure e-mail.
