How to do it?
I.CA provides a solution for accessing the European Product Register

All appliances on the EU market must be registered in the EU-wide database, the European Product Register of Energy Labelled Products (EPREL). A qualified electronic signature/seal based on a qualified certificate is required to access the EPREL register for verification of the importer, manufacturer and authorised representative. These certificates shall be stored in a smart card (secure medium-QSCD).

Qualified certificates intended for access to the EPREL register must contain the identification data of the specific legal entity. For information on how to properly create a certificate request, please refer to the instructions below.

You can obtain everything you need at selected branches of our registration authorities. You can also order chip cards and readers from our e-shop.

From 22 October 2024, digital identity verification is mandatory for all suppliers who register their products with EPREL.
