Certificate for the registration of a legal entity (EPREL)

If you are registering as a legal entity, you must choose the type of certificate qualified certificate for electronic seal , which will be stored on the Starcos 3.7 smart card. The smart card can be obtained at the branches of the registration authorities, or you can order it in the e-shop.

In the window where you fill in the items of the application for the certificate, it is necessary, among other things, to have filled in the item "Mandatory identifier of the legal entity", here you select the option "Insert mandatory identifier of the legal entity", fill in the value of the ID number, according to the state of registration of the company.
If the value in this item is incorrect, the registration in EPREL will not be successful. It is also necessary to fill in the address of the registered office of the organization, according to the extract from the Commercial Register. Enter the address of the registered office of the organisation.

Click on the option "Show optional items".

A field for entering the address will expand, where you will fill in the values identical to the company's registered office as listed in the commercial register.
