A guaranteed electronic signature can be used, for example, in communication with public authorities, but also in the commercial sphere. While the public administration uses a guaranteed electronic signature almost exclusively only in cases where the relevant legislation so provides, commercial entities use certificates for communication with other entities, which are usually clients of their services.
