Digitization of the HR agenda within the company in accordance with eIDAS in order to increase the speed, efficiency and comfort of work with HR documents. The HR agenda represents 256 different types of templates and documents. The existing process consisted of manual preparation, generation of mass templates and distribution of paper documents. This solution was time consuming and represented a 3 week/4 person workload.
Our contribution
We designed a solution and worked with an external vendor to implement it to meet the company's requirements and the resulting solution provided increased efficiency and full confidentiality of signed HR documents. The company provided full technology, legal and organizational support.
