Change in the validity period of TLS certificates issued by I.CA
Based on the technical requirements defined by the CA/Browser Forum TLS-BR 2.1.5, of which První certifikační autorita, a.s. (I.CA) is a member, the validity period of newly issued TLS certificates will be gradually shortened in the coming period:

From March 15, 2026, I.CA will start issuing the above-mentioned certificates with a shortened validity of 200 days. The verification processes for issuing certificates will not change.
From March 15, 2027, I.CA will start issuing the above-mentioned certificates with a shortened validity of 100 days.
From March 15, 2029, I.CA will start issuing the above certificates with a shortened validity of 47 days.
The validity of already issued certificates remains unchanged.
