I.CA QTSA
The QTSAclient 2 user application allows obtaining a qualified electronic time stamp (creating a request for a time stamp according to the Service Policy) from the I.CA time authority. It is particularly suitable for situations where timestamps are requested individually by a specific user. The application can only be used if you have contracted the time authority service with I.CA and have set up active access to this service (TSA/ATSA).

For proper functionality, the current parameter settings for the specific service (TSA/ATSA) must be made.
In case of using the application for a test environment, it is necessary to have the authentication data agreed in advance.
