(I.CA) became a member of the Open Banking Europe QTSP Working Group, where topical issues in the use of qualified certificates with the attributes required by PSD2 are discussed (EP and Council Directive (EU) 2015/2366 of 25 November 2015 on payment services Internal Market amending Directives 2002/65 / EC, 2009/110 / EC and 2013/36 / EU and Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 and repealing Directive 2007/64 / EC, Payment Services Directive 2). I.CA has already started issuing qualified certificates for PSD2 that are intended: for new payment service providers that appear on the financial market (TPP), for existing institutions (banks) that maintain client accounts.
