7/27/2018		Issuing qualified certificates for electronic seals I.CA started to provide new services in accordance with the eIDAS Regulation, issuing qualified certificates for electronic seals. Applicants for this type of certificate may apply to public registration authorities.
This type of certificate without the use of a qualified electronic seals creation device is not intended for the creation of qualified electronic seals, that is, for communication, which is the legal action of the public signatory. It is main usage of this type of certificate is for communication with public signatories and as a replacement of system certificates.
