Outlook 2007 – certificate for signature and encoding setup

1. in the main menu choose Tools - Trust center

2. Secure email - Configuration

3. Choose the signature and encoding certificate. See the picture.

4. Now the certificate is set up...

How to sign an email???

1. on the tools bar please select „Sign the message digitally"

Preferences  - Advanced option – Security settings – Add digital signature
